The main reception (07:00 - 18:00) is located in Villa Beatrice close proximity. Throughout the stay, the youngest guests have access to a children's corner located on the mezzanine. Guests can take advantage of the seating option in the common areas with a sofa, armchairs, and a decorative fireplace on the ground floor. The parking lot is located directly on the premises and is free.

For enthusiastic hikers, Tatranská Lomnica and its surroundings provide an ideal starting point for high-altitude hiking, whether to Zelené pleso, the waterfalls of Studený potok, or other places. You can also admire crafts and folk art in the gallery of the Central Office of Folk Art Production, get acquainted with various species of Tatra plants in the botanical garden, or visit the Tatra National Park Museum.

The highest ski resort in Slovakia offers 12 km of slopes at the foot of Lomnický štít. The ski area is suitable for both beginner and experienced skiers. Snowboarders will find a snowpark in the area. Cross-country skiers will appreciate 27 km of cross-country trails. The resort offers 6 km of blue, 5 km of red, and 1 km of black slopes. There are 2 cable cars, 4 chair lifts, and 2 ski tows for transportation.
