Flight from Prague to the vibrant city of Dakar. Arrival late at night, transfer to the hotel, overnight stay.

After breakfast, a tour of the capital of Senegal, Dakar - Independence Square, the heart of the city, the train station, the exterior of the Presidential Palace, the African Renaissance Monument, the Les Mamelles lighthouse... Departure by boat to the impressive Gorée Island (UNESCO), which for over three centuries was a center of the slave trade, but is now a peaceful place adorned with narrow red ochre houses. Tour of the House of Slaves, St. Charles Church, museum, and an art workshop, lunch, return to Dakar, dinner, and overnight at the hotel.

After breakfast, depart for Lac Rose (the African Dead Sea) – a pink-hued lake famous as a Rallye Dakar destination. Continue to the botanical Noflaye reserve – a center for the conservation of the world’s largest turtles. Transfer to the city of Thies for lunch. Then proceed to the Langue of Barbarie nature reserve, accommodation at Ocean and Savane Lodge in a beautiful location where you can enjoy breathtaking sunsets, dinner, overnight stay.

Breakfast, free morning, lunch. After lunch, departure to Saint Louis with its colonial architecture, city tour by traditional horse-drawn carriages – iconic Faidherbe Bridge, colonial houses, town hall, cathedral, fishing district Guet Nadar. Dinner, overnight stay.

After breakfast, departure to the Djoudj National Bird Reserve (UNESCO), where over 350 bird species arrive every winter (cormorants, pelicans, whistling ducks, Gambian geese, as well as crocodiles, monitor lizards, jackals...) It’s the first water stop after their flight over the Sahara Desert. Tour of the reserve by boat. Return to Saint Louis, lunch at a traditional restaurant, afternoon free to explore the former capital of French West Africa, dinner and overnight stay.

After breakfast, depart for Thies, the second largest city in Senegal and a railway hub. Then continue to the Bandia reserve, located within a 3,500-hectare baobab nature park. Enjoy lunch, followed by a guided safari with the chance to see key West African animals – giraffes, antelopes, rhinos, zebras, ostriches, buffaloes, turtles, monkeys, crocodiles, and countless beautiful African birds. Depart for Saly, dinner, overnight at the hotel.

After breakfast, departure to the shell island Fadiouth - a walking tour of the island's white streets, where shells can be seen everywhere, the market, the church, and the cemetery where both Muslims and Christians are buried. Lunch at a local restaurant, departure to Saly with a stop at the fishing port of Mbour, dinner, overnight at the hotel.

After breakfast, continue to the resort of Somone for lunch. Afternoon at leisure, swimming and relaxing between the sea and the lagoon. Lunch, in the afternoon an opportunity to visit the craft market in Saly for last-minute souvenir shopping from local residents, dinner, transfer to the airport and flight to Prague.
