Day 1: Departure from Prague on a direct flight to the largest Azorean island São Miguel to Ponta Delgada. After arrival, transfer to the hotel, accommodation, overnight.

Day 2: Breakfast. After breakfast, departure towards Vila Franca do Campo, stop at the viewpoint Pisão with a panoramic view of Caloura and the southern coast of the island. Next, a stop at a bakery for “Queijada da Vila,” a traditional sweet pastry. The journey continues towards Povoação, the place where the first people settled on the island. Historically, the municipality of Povoação had a significant influence on grain production, earning it the nickname “Granary of the island.” Lunch at a local restaurant. The tour continues towards Nordeste, where you will visit the beautiful belvedere Ponta do Sossego with a stunning view of the Atlantic Ocean and the center of the village. Further in Nordeste, you will drive to the natural park Ribeira dos Caldeirões, which is known for its waterfalls. Next, return to Ponta Delgada, with a stop at the viewpoint Santa Iria, which offers a view of the northern coast of the island. Return to the hotel, individual evening program, overnight.

Day 3: Breakfast. After breakfast, departure from Ponta Delgada towards the massif Sete Cidades. Stop at the viewpoint Pico do Carvão, from where you can see both the northern and southern coasts of the island and also the central zone, called “Zona dos Picos”, due to the numerous volcanic cones. The journey continues to the viewpoint Vista do Rei with breathtaking scenery over the lakes Sete Cidades at the bottom of a huge volcanic crater. Visit the picturesque village of Sete Cidades, an authentic portrait of rural life on the island of São Miguel. Lunch at a local restaurant. After lunch, we continue towards the western part of the island. Another stop awaits you at the belvedere overlooking “Mosteiros”, a coastal area where the last eruptions on the island occurred. On the return to Ponta Delgada, there will be a stop at one of the pineapple plantations in Fajã de Baixo. Return to the hotel, individual evening program,  overnight.

Day 4: Breakfast, individual free time. Optional whale watching trip. Return to the hotel, individual evening program, overnight.

Day 5: Breakfast package, transfer from the hotel to the airport, departure to the island Terceira. Arrival on the island Terceira, transfer to the hotel, accommodation, individual program, overnight.

Day 6: After breakfast, departure to the volcanic peninsula Monte Brasil (UNESCO), stop at the viewpoint Pico das Cruzinhas with a panoramic view of the city of Angra do Heroísmo and its surroundings. Departure to the town of São Sebastião to visit one of the oldest churches in the Azorean islands, then to the port city Praia da Vitoria with a stop and lunch. Departure through the mountain range Serra do Cume offering views of the entire island and the incredibly intense greenery of the surrounding vast pastures on the northern coast to the resort Biscoitos with its famous natural pools of solidified lava and basalt. Return to the hotel, overnight.

Day 7: Breakfast, in the morning walking tour of the historic city Angra do Heroísmo (UNESCO) – historic center, harbor, former St. Francis Monastery, Bettencourt Palace, cathedral, Angrense theater, Fort of St. John the Baptist, opportunity to stop at a typical shop with local Azorean embroidery… In the afternoon, transfer to the airport and flight back to the island of São Miguel to Ponta Delgada. After arrival, transfer to the hotel, accommodation,  overnight.

Day 8: According to the flight schedule transfer from the hotel to the airport and departure to Prague.
