Trip program
Day 1: Departure in the early morning hours from Prague to the Polish Kłodzko. The city has a strategic location between Prague and Wrocław and was also part of the amber route; in the nearby Bludne Rocks, the Chronicles of Narnia were filmed. There is a fortress, historic houses, underground, and an old market. We will move to the Minieuroland miniature park with scaled-down famous buildings from around the world, free time for sightseeing. Transfer to the city of Wałbrzych, where the castle Książ rises on a rocky outcrop, which translates to prince and is one of the most significant Polish castles. Free time for sightseeing, departure towards Wrocław for accommodation. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 2: After breakfast, sightseeing in Wrocław, a city with unique architecture that is among the most beautiful cities in Poland. During the city tour, we will see the second largest square (Rynek) in Poland and the beautiful Gothic Town Hall. We will definitely not miss St. Mary Magdalene's Church, a Gothic building with a Romanesque portal. Transfer to the eclectic Moszna castle, which consists of 3 parts, each with its own style and character, free time for sightseeing. Departure for accommodation, overnight.
Day 3: After breakfast, departure to the stone castle Będzin built in the 14th century, free time for sightseeing. Transfer to the Polish Maldives - walkways over the water in the village of Gródek. Free time to visit the park, transfer to the castle Ogrodzinec with a perfect location among limestone rocks, which also protect the fortress, free time for sightseeing. Departure for accommodation near Kraków, overnight.
Day 4: After breakfast, departure to Kraków, which is rightly included among UNESCO heritage sites. We will visit the famous square with the Church of the Virgin Mary, which boasts one of the most beautiful carved altars in Europe by Veit Stoss, or a museum with works by Rembrandt or Da Vinci. In the afternoon, you can take the opportunity to visit the royal Wawel Castle with its significant exhibitions, such as the royal chambers, armory, tombs of kings, and bell tower. Accommodation near the city.
Day 5: After breakfast, departure to the salt mine Wieliczka, whose history dates back to the 13th century, the mine is located 1,073 feet underground, its depth exceeds the height of the Eiffel Tower. In its depths, the mine hides 4 chapels, the most famous of which is St. Kinga's Chapel, covering an area of over 400 square meters. The entire interior of the mine, except for a few wooden elements, is made of salt, and every corner is literally a work of art. Free time for sightseeing, departure in the afternoon to the Czech Republic, return late at night.
