Departure from Prague to Athens, transfer from the airport to the hotel upon arrival, accommodation in the hotel, free time, overnight stay.
2nd day
After breakfast, free time for individual programs in the city, shopping, museum visits, etc., or the option of a full-day optional excursion:
Argolida Trip: Mycenae (the center of Mycenaean civilization, tour of the famous Lion Gate, the circular tombs of Clytemnestra and Agamemnon, the Treasury of Atreus and the museum), Nafplio (the first capital of free Greece guarded by the fortresses of Akronafplia and Palamidi from the south and Bourtzi on a small island off the coast, known as the most elegant city of mainland Greece with typical narrow streets with shops, marble-paved squares, and a picturesque waterfront promenade) and Epidaurus (one of the famous sites of ancient Greece with the best-preserved ancient Greek theater in the world with excellent acoustics and the sacred precinct of the god of medicine Asclepius).
In the evening return to the hotel, free time, overnight stay.
3rd day
After breakfast at the hotel, a walk through one of the most interesting European capitals. Visit to the Acropolis Museum, a journey around the Theatre of Dionysus and the Odeon of Herodes Atticus up to the Acropolis. Visit to the most famous Athenian building – the Parthenon, the Erechtheion – a temple dedicated to Poseidon and Athena, the Temple of Nike Apteros, the Pinakotheca, and the Propylaea – the entrance gate. The route continues through the Agora – the marketplace of ancient Athens, to the Plaka area – picturesque situated under the Acropolis, known for its bizarre buildings and winding streets full of atmospheric taverns, nightclubs, and shops. In the evening, a Valentine's dinner is provided in the central Athenian district of Thissio (included in the price of the trip). Return to the hotel, overnight stay.
4th day
Breakfast at the hotel, free time for further exploration of the metropolis, and then according to the flight schedule transfer from the hotel to the airport, departure to Prague.
