AURORA BOREALIS:
The Northern Lights are most visible from the end of August to April in northern Finland.
The Northern Lights caused by solar winds occur year-round, but the nights must be dark enough for us to see them. You can track aurora activity in Finland on the website of the Finnish Meteorological Institute: https://en.ilmatieteenlaitos.fi/auroras-and-space-weather Local Northern Lights apps are also available in different parts of Finland.
Please keep in mind that the Northern Lights are a natural phenomenon, so even though we hope they will appear, it cannot be guaranteed.
