Itinerary
day 1
prague - vienna
Departure from Prague's main train station at approximately 6:16 AM by RegioJet train towards Vienna. During the journey, you can enjoy Wi-Fi access, free coffee, and onboard service. Arrival at the main train station in Vienna, one of the most modern stations in Europe. This is followed by a meeting with a local guide speaking Czech or Slovak and a tour of the historic city center (including a snack break). You will walk to St. Stephen's Cathedral, stroll through luxury shopping streets, visit the imperial palace Hofburg, the former residence of the Habsburgs, which houses the imperial apartments, the Spanish Riding School, the Austrian National Library, the treasury, and many other sights.

After breakfast at the hotel, you have free time that you can use as you wish – whether you prefer shopping, walking around the sights, or visiting museums. We recommend heading to the famous Giant Ferris Wheel in the Prater amusement park, taking a stroll along the banks of the Danube, admiring the unconventional architecture of the painter Hundertwasser's house, or visiting the elegant Belvedere Palace, which houses famous art collections. For lunch, you can go to the renowned restaurant Zum Figlmüller, where a legendary schnitzel awaits you, said to be the largest in the world. And if you get a craving for something sweet, the Sacher cake at the café of the same name hotel will be the perfect finishing touch. In the evening, there is an opportunity to soak up the atmosphere of night-time Vienna – a city that never really sleeps. After breakfast at the hotel, you have free time again for individual exploration of Vienna. We recommend visiting the famous Schönbrunn Palace, the former summer residence of the imperial family, and taking a walk through its beautiful gardens, which are among the most beautiful in Europe. Departure from Vienna back to the Czech Republic is planned for approximately 17:36. The journey will take place on the comfortable RegioJet train. Arrival in Prague at the main train station is expected around 21:39.
