day 1
Departure from Prague on an overnight flight (with a transfer) to Yerevan.
day 2
Arrival in Yerevan in the morning, transfer from the airport. Followed by a tour of Armenia's capital, founded as early as 782 BC, where ancient culture blends with modern lifestyle and rich traditions. Visit the Cascade monument with the statue of Mother Armenia, the famous Opera House, the History Museum, and the Tsitsernakaberd memorial (a silent tribute to the first genocide of the 20th century). The tour continues to Matenadaran, the repository of ancient manuscripts and books. The program ends with a visit to a distillery producing the famous Armenian brandy Ararat, including a tasting. Transfer to the hotel, check-in, dinner, and overnight stay.
day 3
Breakfast at the hotel, then departure to Echmiadzin with a stop at the ruins of the Zvartnots Cathedral – a 7th-century gem. Echmiadzin is a renowned center of the Armenian Gregorian Church, one of the world’s earliest Christian churches. Lunch with a local community. Transfer back to Yerevan, free time, overnight at the hotel.

Breakfast at the hotel, followed by a transfer to Khor-Virap Monastery, which has a rich religious and secular history. It is located in the Ararat Valley opposite the biblical Mount Ararat (5165 m above sea level), known as Noah's resting place. The program then continues to Noravank Monastery, a major religious and cultural center from the 12th century. On the way back to Yerevan, there will be a visit to the Tushpa winery with a tasting of local wines. Return to the hotel, dinner, and overnight stay.

Breakfast at the hotel. Departure to Garni Temple. The citadel and the pagan temple of Garni are a picturesque monument of the Hellenistic period and an impressive example of ancient Armenian architecture. Transfer to Geghard – another incredible Armenian monastery, partly carved into the mountain. This stunning monument of medieval Armenian architecture is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site. Return to the hotel and overnight stay.
day 6
After breakfast at the hotel, the program continues to Lake Sevan. A huge mountain lake, one of the highest freshwater lakes in the world (2000 m above sea level). On the way, a stop at the Noratus necropolis with the largest collection of preserved medieval tombstones, followed by a visit to the Sevanavank Monastery. Transfer to Georgia. Dinner at a traditional Georgian restaurant. Transfer to the hotel in Tbilisi, check-in and overnight stay.

After breakfast at the hotel, a tour of the capital of Georgia follows. The program starts in the old parts of the city, which are structured like terraces. The Old Town offers unique views of colorful houses with patterned balconies contrasting with modern architecture. The visit includes the Metekhi Church and the ancient Narikala Fortress from the 4th century, offering panoramic views of old Tbilisi. The program ends with lunch and free time for further exploration of Tbilisi. Return to the hotel and overnight stay.

Breakfast at the hotel, then a visit to the famous wine region of Kacheti (Kakheti). From here, you can see both the snow-capped Caucasus and the fertile valleys. Then a tour of the beautiful small town of Signagi from the 18th century and the Bodbe Monastery. A visit to traditional Georgian wine cellars is also included. The local wine-making method is listed as UNESCO intangible cultural heritage. Lunch with a local family offering homemade dishes and wine. Return to the hotel in Tbilisi, overnight stay.

After breakfast at the hotel, we travel to Mccheta, the ancient capital and religious center of Georgia. Visit its historic landmarks - the Jvari Monastery (UNESCO) and the Svetitskhoveli Cathedral (UNESCO). The program continues to the town of Gori, the heart of the Kartli region and the birthplace of J. V. Stalin. Visit Stalin's museum, including his childhood home. The next stop is the cave city of Uplistsikhe. Then lunch, return to Tbilisi, and overnight stay.
