The public beach Uroa with fine white sand and a gradual entry into the sea is located directly at the hotel (we recommend water shoes), access through the hotel garden and down the stairs, in a separate area an artificial hotel beach; sunbeds and umbrellas are free.

The price does not include:
* tourist visa - approx. 50 USD/person - payment at the airport upon arrival at the destination; payment can be made both in cash and by card; when paying by card, there is a fee of 3-5 %; American Express cards are not accepted
* the mandatory accommodation tax - approx 5 USD/person/night

The validity of the passport must be at least 6 months after return.

As of October 1, 2024, all foreign tourists in Zanzibar are required to have local, Zanzibar, travel insurance. You can apply and pay approximately 44 USD per person through the official website www.visitzanzibar.go.tz and present it at check-in or upon arrival at the destination. However, this insurance does not replace quality travel insurance, which we recommend obtaining in the Czech Republic/Slovakia and which has sufficient coverage not only for medical treatment or hospitalization but also possibly for repatriation back home. Czech/Slovak insurance companies cooperate with verified healthcare facilities, mostly private clinics. At the same time, only with products concluded domestically can you insure trip cancellation, liability, or luggage. Applications for tourist visas online or on-site upon arrival remain valid.
