To check in at the hotel, you must be over 21 years old.

The price does not include the accommodation tax (payment at the reception of the accommodation facility upon arrival). Its amount may vary according to current regulations. Approximately 15% of the accommodation amount. The hotel may also charge a so-called resort fee along with the local tax (amount according to local authority regulations). The amount of this fee is determined by the specific hotel and can be fixed or a percentage of the accommodation amount. This fee cannot be included in the price of the trip and, like the accommodation tax, is payable on site upon arrival at the hotel.

Hotels in the USA may require a deposit. It usually amounts to $250. The refundable deposit is intended to cover minibar consumption, possible damages caused by the guest, and so on. In case the room is left properly, the deposit will be returned.
