Miami Beach - South Beach

The renowned Miami Beach, several kilometers long, is about 350 m from the hotel. Access via local road. In the designated area of the beach, sunbeds and umbrellas are free (set of 2 sunbeds + 1 umbrella per room). The beach is lined with a coastal promenade; ideal for jogging or walks.

Local taxes and a resort fee are payable on site; mandatory. The amount of the resort fee is determined by the specific hotel and can be either fixed or a percentage of the accommodation cost. The amount of taxes is governed by the current regulations of local authorities. These fees cannot be included in the price of the trip and are payable on site upon arrival at the hotel.
The tax is currently about 15%, resort fee about 35 USD / room / night.

Hotels in the USA may require a deposit. It usually amounts to $250. The refundable deposit is intended to cover minibar consumption, possible damages caused by the guest, and so on. In case the room is left properly, the deposit will be returned.
