The validity of the passport must be at least 180 days on the day of return.

VISA
All Czech citizens must obtain an electronic travel authorization ETA before traveling to Sri Lanka at the portal http://www.eta.gov.lk/slvisa/. The ETA is delivered to the traveler by email before the trip to Sri Lanka. Sri Lankan authorities recommend obtaining a visa through ETA, as holders of ETA do not need further approval from a Sri Lankan travel agency or the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Sri Lanka. A visa through ETA can be processed no later than 48 hours before departure. If the traveler does not hold an ETA, it is possible to obtain a visa upon arrival at the 'On Arrival' counter for a fee of 60 USD.

ENTRY FORM
Travelers to Sri Lanka can fill out the 'Arrival card' three days before their planned trip. The form can be filled out at https://eservices.immigration.gov.lk/emb/eEmbarkation/'#/home-page. If travelers do not fill out the form electronically, it can be completed at the airport upon arrival in Sri Lanka.
