The hotel is located in the front line by the beautiful sandy beach of the Caribbean Sea; sun loungers, umbrellas, and towels are free for hotel guests on the beach.

Hilton La Romana Family Resort is a well-equipped hotel that offers a wide range of services for maximum comfort and entertainment of guests. 24h reception, concierge services, laundry and dry cleaning (for a fee), conference room. The hotel has several outdoor pools. 5 restaurants and 5 bars, including bars on the beach or by the pool. Water sports, tennis court, fitness center, yoga classes, wellness center (massages, cosmetics, sauna, steam, hot tub).

Deluxe rooms with a garden view are spacious and modernly equipped with a King or Queen size bed, air conditioning, SAT/TV, minibar, safe, coffee and tea making facilities, WiFi, bathroom (WC, shower/bathtub, hairdryer), balcony or terrace.

Premium rooms with a garden view are equipped the same as Deluxe rooms and differ only in location within the resort, and upon arrival, a welcome gift is prepared for clients in the room.

Enclave rooms with a pool or sea view are equipped the same as Deluxe rooms and differ only in location within the resort.
Enclave clients have extended services such as private check-in/check-out, a bar designated only for Enclave clients, a welcome gift in the room upon arrival, an extended minibar selection in the room, a reserved area on the beach, Enclave lounge offering breakfasts, snacks, desserts, and premium drinks, a private pool with a swim-up bar, Enclave restaurant for breakfasts and lunches.

All inclusive includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner in buffet form, snacks throughout the day, non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks of local production at times and places designated by the hotel. There are 6 restaurants and 7 bars available.
