The hotel offers modernly equipped double, triple, and family rooms, Suite 3 + 2, Suite 2 + 2, Premium apartment, and Premium apartment with a balcony and a view of Lipno. Each room has its own bathroom and a partially equipped kitchenette (microwave, sink, mini-fridge, kettle, and basic set of dishes). Each room has a terrace or balcony.

7km od hotelu se nachází Stezka korunami stromů - bezbariérová, otevřená po celý rok.

Jezerní in-line stezka u Lipna je jednou z nejkrásnějších v České republice - vede podél břehu Lipenské přehrady, byla již prodloužena až do obce Přední Výtoň, takže můžete pohodlně vyrazit přímo od hotelu Albatros. Trasa končí ve Frymburku a úsek mezi Lipnem nad Vltavou a Frymburkem (který měří 9,5 km) je dokonce osvětlen. Celá stezka měří 19 km a pokud byste od hotelu chtěli dojet až do Frymburku, můžete využít přívoz do Frýdavy

Turistika:
Vítkův hrádek, též známý pod názvem Vítkův kámen. Jedná již o zříceninu hradu, na které probíhají různé kulturní akce, a na vrcholku stojí vyhlídka, díky které se vám naskytne nádherný výhled na Lipenskou přehradu a Šumavu. Z Přední Výtoně se vydáte po červené turistické trase směrem na Svatého Tomáše a ta vás dovede až do cíle.
Schwanzenberský plavební kanál - velice zajímavou technickou památkou a zároveň krásnou procházkou šumavskou přírodou je trasa podél Schwanzenberského kanálu. Tento kanál byl zřízen pro dopravu dřeva z nepřístupných šumavských míst v krajině. V úseku 9 km se nachází naučná stezka, kterou vřele doporučujeme využít. Autem dojedete na parkoviště u Jeleních Vrchů, odkud stezka začíná. Díky nenáročnému terénu je vhodná opravdu pro všechny.

Parking at the hotel is free (1 parking space), alternatively on the other side of the hotel across the road - municipal parking lot. 
Child price - children up to 1.99 years old without entitlement to free services. Possibility to order a baby cot for an extra charge (100 CZK per day).
Pets - not allowed.
Cleaning (towel change, bathrobe change, replenishment of hygiene supplies) is done once every 3 days. In case of more frequent need, this service is for a fee of 50 CZK.

Skiing
Ski Area Lipno
This ski resort is primarily intended for families with children. All slopes, with a total length of 11 km, are snowed and groomed daily. The facilities of this area are very comfortable due to its location and accessibility. You can spend the whole day here and still not have to leave the area. You will find refreshments, ski rentals and service, a ski school, teaching areas with conveyor belts, and much more.
Ski Area Sternstein
Skating Track
The Lipno Ice Trail is one of the longest natural skating tracks in Europe. The track connects three municipalities – Lipno nad Vltavou, Frymburk, and Přední Výtoň. 

Cross-country skiing
There is no shortage of machine-groomed cross-country ski trails in Lipno and its surroundings. There are up to 40 kilometers of trails, and if that is not enough for passionate skiers, we can recommend the trails on the Austrian side of Šumava in Schöneben, which is less than 40 minutes from Hotel Albatros.
Sternstein is a smaller family ski area with 5 km of slopes, which will delight families with children as well as experienced skiers. It is only a 20-minute drive from Hotel Albatros, and if you do not like a large concentration of skiers, we recommend visiting this resort. For the youngest, there is a mini park with a conveyor and a beautiful children's park.
-Ski Area Hochficht Hochficht is the largest Austrian ski resort located outside the Alpine region. It is located near the border, only a 40-minute drive from Hotel Albatros. You can race your skis on 21 km of slopes of varying difficulty, and for children, there is a children's park that boasts the longest covered conveyor belt in Upper Austria.
