Hotel Riosol is located in the south of the island, about 600 m from the publicly accessible sandy beach of Puerto Rico. The resort center is equally close. The nearest shopping options are about 200 m from the hotel, as are restaurants, bars, and a taxi stand. The airport (LPA) is approximately 48 km away.

The public sandy beach of Puerto Rico is about a 600 m walk from the hotel. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available for rent on the beach for a fee.

The hotel offers accommodation in a total of 236 rooms spread across several floors. It features a lobby with a 24-hour reception, elevators, a small shop, a panoramic bar, parking, a restaurant, and free WiFi. Outdoor facilities include 2 swimming pools and a separate children's pool, sun loungers and umbrellas by the pool at no extra charge, and a pool bar. The hotel is not wheelchair accessible.

The standard apartment features a separate bedroom with a double bed or two single beds, a living area with a sofa bed, a bathroom with a shower or bathtub, a toilet, a hairdryer, TV, safe, WiFi, a kitchen equipped with a microwave, kettle, toaster, stove, refrigerator, and a terrace with two sun loungers, a table, and a parasol.
It is also possible to book an apartment with two bedrooms.
The Superior apartment has the same layout but with more modern furnishings.
The Premium apartment offers the same amenities plus a sea view.
The Deluxe apartment has the same features, has been completely renovated, and includes bathrobes, beach towels, a cosmetic mirror, and a terrace with a sea view. Air conditioning is available only in Premium and Superior rooms.

Half board also includes buffet dinner.
All inclusive includes full board with buffet meals, light snacks during the day, and non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks at locations and times specified by the hotel.

From January 1, 2025, a tourist tax (TATOS) of €0.15 per person per night has been introduced in the Mogán region. The tax is payable at the accommodation reception. For shared transfers, clients are dropped off at hotels one by one. Therefore, guests staying in hotels in the Mogán region can expect longer transfer times. Private transfers are available on request (for an additional fee). Check-in at the hotel starts at 11:00.
