The modernly designed Sunrise Blue Magic resort hotel, built in 2018, is located about 3 km from the center of Obzor, just steps from a fine sandy beach and approximately 75 km from Burgas airport. Shuttle bus to Obzor for about 2 BGN/one way.

The private sandy beach is about 30m from the hotel, with umbrellas and sunbeds available free of charge (subject to availability), Cabana for a fee, beach bar (1.6.-31.8.)
